Menudo

i did it, i think
my first menudo
well it tasted like menudo
and we ate it with rice
making it a valid viand.

i cheated though,
i used the del monte quick n easy
sauce-aid (kitchen helper)
because im clueless
on how to cook filipino viands.

and because my present
phone is crap
i wasnt able to take any
pictures and it did
not look palatable to be honest

i am forced to cook nowadays
because of the financial crunch,
eating out costs a lot and were
large people we eat a lot
and its more cost efficient
to make our own food than eat out.

but im a pasta person
not a rice person
i sacrifice a lot...
but i make do.
we have to make do.
